After five years assisting former youth librarian Helen Stathopulos during children's programs and teen events, Celeste Rhoads joined the Library's full-time staff in 2010. She now manages children's and young adult activities and collections, and is happy to assist you in navigating the juvenile stacks.

Celeste was born in New Mexico, but grew up between California and Pennsylvania. She moved to Paris in 2005 to pursue a Bachelor's degree in International Communications at the American University of Paris. After graduating, Celeste worked in communications for the music industry and she continues to write for several music websites in her free time, preferably with a cupcake in hand and a cup of tea nearby.
